Refunds

No refunds, exchanges within 7 days from when shipment is received. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock.

Notice must be given info@finorx.com within 2 days of receipt for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in as-new condition. 

Fine Jewelry 

We accept returns in new and unused condition with original packaging within 14 days of arrival date. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Please follow the instructions included in your shipment and fill out the return section of the packing slip when returning fine jewelry by mail. Return your package via the carrier of your choice, with return signature required. For your protection, you must insure the package for the value of the item enclosed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@finorx.com.

Exchanges

Exchanges only under the conditions specified below.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged and only if the items are defective or damaged. We must receive it within seven (7) business days of it being originally delivered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@finorx.com. Be sure to include your name and order number in the email.

Sale items


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping

To return your product please email us on info@finorx.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 You should consider using a trackable shipping service or proof of sending. We cannot refund items we have not received. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. In some instances, Finor X reserves the right to institute a restocking fee, per item, when said items must be refunded against the above stated Return Policy.
